- Delhi is the Headquarters of the Mission and branches may be in any part of the country.
- Any legal dispute with the Mission will be resolved by the Court of law in Delhi.
- Executive meeting will be held monthly, date, time, venue of the meeting will be decided in meeting of the executive body.
- The General body meeting will be held annually which will be called by the Secretary General with the approval of Executive body. The annual activities of the Mission will be put-up in general body meeting and future plan of action with strategy.
- All the decisions will be taken in the meeting of executive body.
- Amendment in the constitution can be made with the approval of 2/3rd members of the general body.
- An account will be opened in a nationalized bank of Delhi in name of the Mission.
- Account of the society will be maintained by the treasurers of the Mission.
- The money will be drawn by Cheque only under the signatures of any two from President/Secretary General with treasurer.
- The treasurer will prepare the balance sheet of account annually which will be presented by the Secretary General in executive meeting and then in general body meeting.
- The mission will be purely social and it will not have association with any political party.
- The executive body will nominate 5 councillors who will be very helpful for betterment of the Mission.
